Payment, Shipping, and Returns

We accept PayPal and Credit cards through PayPal. We ship only to the address confirmed by PayPal.

Shipping

Shipment is by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, at our discretion, depending on the size of the item. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days following cleared payment. Custom orders ship within 3-4 weeks. We cannot guarantee shipping times once an order leaves our shop.

Printed plans are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items, excluding plans, may be returned, in unused condition, within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for a return authorization as we will not accept unauthorized returns. Buyer pays for insured return shipping.

Returns are credited for the full price minus a ten percent (10%) restocking fee and our original shipping cost (our actual cost, whether or not the item including free shipping). Refunds will be credited within 14 business days following our receipt of the original condition item.

Your item is insured for damage when shipped. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, contact the carrier to file a claim. Do not return the item.

All plans sales final and not refundable.
